On day two of the tour we took the short drive from Kilkenny to Waterford via Mount Juliet Golf Club , a must see attraction for any golfers on tours of Ireland.
We booked our clients into the quaint Waterford Marina Hotel and then booked the restaurant for the evening. They chose to eat at L’Atmosphere a superb French styled restaurant with great local produce on offer.
The next morning the plan was to visit Waterford Medieval Museum and the Waterford Crystal factory. These are both hidden gems on any Ireland tours.
In fact the history of Waterford is important in the context of Irish history !!!
