DAY 1 BELFAST
- Pick up from Belfast International Airport
- Drop at hotel (whichever one you think) and have lunch
- Coach tour of Belfast covering history, politics, culture, crafts.
DAY 2 COUNTY ANTRIM
- Coast Road via Carrickfergus to take in the Antrim Coast and Glens
- The Steensons Jewellery Workshops at Glenarm
- Lunch at Royal Court Hotel, Portrush
- Bushmills Distillery for whiskey making
- Dunluce Castle
- Bushmills Inn Hotel for overnight stop
DAY 3 COUNTY LONDONDERRY
- Derry / Londonderry UK City of Culture 2013
- City Walking Tour on the walls (pick up a local guide and German guide can translate)
- Lunch (perhaps the Exchange Restaurant and Wine Bar beside the Guildhall)
- Bogside Tour covering murals, museum and politics (pick up a local guide and German guide can translate)
- Shopping at Craft Village, Shipquay Street
- Everglades Hotel, Prehen, overnight
DAY 4 COUNTY TYRONE
- Beaghmore Stones for a fascinating glimpse of Ireland’s Bronze Age past
- Coalisland to visit Island Turf Craft Shop and Visitors’ Centre
- Lunch at the Linen Green, Moygashel where time can also be given for shopping at the designer fashion and craft shops and visiting the Moygashel Linen Visitors Centre
- The Argory National Trust property at the Moy
- Corick Country House Hotel for overnight
DAY 5 COUNTY FERMANAGH
- Belleek Pottery
- Lunch at the Lough Erne Golf Resort
- Shopping at Enniskillen’s Buttermarket Craft Village
- Visit Castlecoole National Trust Property
- Killyhevlin Hotel overnight
DAY 6 COUNTY ARMAGH
- Armagh City walking tour (pick up a local guide and the German guide can translate)
- Lunch
- Armagh Glass Studio, Drumanmore Road
- Navan Fort
- Armagh City Hotel overnight
DAY 7 COUNTY DOWN
- Via Newry to Rostrevor for scenic drive through Mourne Mountains
- Lunch at Buck’s Head Inn, Dundrum
- Via Downpatrick to Strangford and Strangford Ferry to Portaferry.
- Greyabbey for local antique shops OR Mountstewart House and Gardens (National Trust)
- Hillsborough Guset House OR Belfast Hotel overnight
DAY 8 DEPART FOR HOME
