Frequently Asked Questions

Common queries from our American guests.

Are your Ireland and Scotland tours private?

Yes. Our journeys are privately arranged and designed around your interests, preferred pace and travel dates. You will not be placed on a fixed large-group coach itinerary.

Can one itinerary include both Ireland and Scotland?

Yes. We design combined Ireland and Scotland journeys and coordinate the route between both countries. Your proposal will explain the recommended order, travel connections, accommodation and experiences.

What is the minimum tour duration?

Our minimum engagement is seven nights. This allows enough time for a considered route without rushing between destinations.

Can you tailor the itinerary to our interests?

Yes. We begin with a conversation about your interests, preferred pace, accommodation style and the experiences that matter most to you. We then prepare a private itinerary and refine it with you.

Do your tours include a private driver-guide?

Our private journeys are built around expert local driver-guides. The exact transport and guiding arrangements for your route will be clearly described in your personal proposal.

What is included in a tour proposal?

Each proposal sets out the route, accommodation, planned experiences, transport arrangements and the services included in your quotation. Because every journey is bespoke, inclusions vary by itinerary.

Can you arrange castle stays, golf or honeymoon experiences?

Yes. We can design journeys around castle accommodation, golf, honeymoons, heritage, food, scenery and other interests across Ireland and Scotland, subject to availability.

How do we start planning our journey?

Use the enquiry form to tell us your preferred dates, trip length, destinations and interests. We will begin with a conversation and then prepare a personalised proposal for your consideration.
