On day three of our tour we drove from Waterford to Kinsale.
This is a pleasant drive an we took the opportunity to stop in Cork and visit the English Market. This is a hidden gem for any Ireland tours and the whole atmosphere of the place is wonderful. The smells are just amazing from all the fresh seafood , meat , cheese , fruit , and so much more. We enjoyed lunch at the English Market.
The shops around the market are also very good and worth a walk even for some window shopping.
Then it was the short drive out to Kinsale.
Kinsale is situated on the coast and is a quaint little place.
We stayed at the newly refurbished Actons hotel and the room had a harbour view. The hotel has been tastefully redecorated and is of a very high standard.
After a walk around the clients enjoyed a superb meal at the aptly named Fishy Fishy restaurant. Great food !!!
If you are on any tours of Ireland the seafood in Kinsale is quite magnificent.
