15 Mar Day One of our Ireland tour
We have decided to do a live blog on one of our Ireland tours as it happens….it might be an interesting exercise !!!
Today our clients arrived at Dublin airport and were met by their driver/guide. He presented them with their complimentary gifts and the tour began.
They drove along the East coast visiting Bray and enjoying some lunch at the Barracuda restaurant www.barracuda.ie They even braved the elements for a brisk walk along the shore.
Then it was on to Glendalough http://www.glendalough.ie/ which is simply stunning and a must see attraction.
An interesting drive took our clients to Kilkenny which is a beautiful city dating from the sixth century. Kilkenny Castle is well worth a look on any tours of Ireland. Kilkenny is a real hidden gem.
Finally they travelled to Waterford and were very happy with their room at the Waterford Marina Hotel.
A great first day !!!
