This is a beautiful stately home on the shores of Strangford Lough in the North of Ireland. Stangford Lough is the derivative of the viking name ” Strong Ford “….. yep , those vikings sure got around !!!
It is in County Down and has the most wonderful formal gardens which are open to the public. A real hidden gem.
